If the fabulous skiing does not attract you here, the food will!

After an active days skiing our fabulous French chef, Aurelie, will look after you with delicious, top quality food, to tantilise your tase buds and energise you ready for the rest of the evening and for the next day's skiing.

Dinner can be served at either 7.30pm or 8pm. A childrens menu is availible if needed. Childrens dinner can be served when required. A local cheese plater is served after every evening meal.

Week 1

Saturday

Mini- breads stuffed with sun dried tomatoes and chorizo served with roquette and hot guacamole.

Roast pork in a smoked tomatoe sauce, served with fresh green and white tagliatelle and two cabbage gratin.

Chocolate peanut butter fudge sundae.

Cheese and Port

Sunday

Pumpkin soup and black pudding toast.

Duck confit, egg plant crumble and garlic potatoes.

Blackberry tart.

Monday

Tuna and salmon potted mini terrine with toast and moonblush sherry tomatoes.

Chicken in green pesto served with spaghetti in tapenade and slow roasted vegetables.

Egg plant à l'Italienne and fresh baby spinach salad.

Slow cooked lamb served with Tian potatoes and green flageolets.

Lamb stew, potatoes and roasted vegetable in maple syrup.
